ELAINE MOULDER, OWNER & CHIEF MEMORY MAKER
Brilliant Edventures’ owner Elaine Moulder has had a passion for travel and an entrepreneurial spirit since she was a youngster. With a father born in Greece who traveled the world as a merchant marine and grandparents from France and Greece, her childhood environment was very multi-cultural. She daydreamed of exploring the world and accepted every opportunity to get out of her backyard. However, life events took her on a path that didn’t include a lot of travel until many years later when Elaine found her first travel industry job working for a student tour operator specializing in educational and music performing tours. What a blast!
There, Elaine witnessed firsthand how powerfully group travel affects both students and adults in a very positive way. She also learned that travel is essential to a complete education.
Elaine has experience in many segments of the travel industry including three tour companies, a dinner theater, and performer promotion. She also spent five years as an association executive for SYTA (Student & Youth Travel Association) and four years as the Executive Director of the SYTA Youth Foundation.
Elaine and her husband Tim are blessed with five daughters between them. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel, working with her husband, any creative process, and a delicious glass of wine.

TIM MOULDER, AUTHORIZED AGENT
Tim Moulder is an authorized agent for Brilliant Edventures and has been active in the tour and travel market since 1992. He is a native of the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri.
His background includes newspaper writing and printing sales before joining the travel industry. His travels have taken him to all 50 states and many international destinations such as Israel, Egypt, Europe, Scotland, Ireland and England, China, New Zealand to name a few.
“I really look forward to meeting people and traveling together as we explore this wonderful country of ours,” says Tim.
Tim and his wife Elaine are blessed with five daughters between them. He enjoys traveling to new places, working with his wife, watching all types of sports, and spending time with family and friends.

BRITTANY DYKLA, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Brittany is a native of the metro-Detroit area and has her BA and MS in accounting from Michigan State University (Go Green!). Her background includes public accounting and financial institutions before joining the travel industry.
Brittany has immersed herself in the tourism world. She serves on multiple committees for NTA and is continually learning all facets of the company and industry.
Brittany loves sports, is an avid reader, and is currently working on visiting all 50 states.
